The following terms of use reflect the obligations of the WEBMASTER and of GameAccessCash (here after called "GAC") when a WEBMASTER uses one of GAC's publicity programs to promote the GameAccess.ca website. All conditions must be adhered to, and are legally binding.

• We allow one account per company / individual, unless more than one account is needed on request.

• You must be at least 18 years old to have an account in GAC.

• If a WEBMASTER is caught promoting in a wrongful way or not respecting the rules in one of his accounts on any of GAC’s programs, all his accounts will be terminated and WEBMASTER will not be allowed back in GAC's programs. All amounts earned will be voided.

• GAC reserves the right to reject any application to its program for any reason.

• The WEBMASTER is responsible for providing GAC with valid information (contact info, name, address, etc.) in his account.

• WEBMASTER cannot promote GAC's products/services using false and misleading advertisement and WEBMASTER's activities must not generate complaints. All purchases and actions of the surfer must be done by free will, without receiving anything in return.

• GAC does not allow promotion of its products and services through illegal means, or on sites containing illegal material.

• GAC reserves the right to cancel a commission if the transaction is invalid. A detailed explanation of what is considered invalid is available in our FAQ here.

• Email marketing is not allowed by default. If you wish to promote Game Access by email, please contact us for prior approval;

• GAC reserves the right to close an account, or deactivate any program or subprogram in an account if not profitable. In such case, the owed amount will be paid, unless there was a violation of our terms.

• All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

• Payments are made at the end of each month. The amount paid is the sum accumulated between the first and last day (inclusively) of the previous month.

• Payments are sent within 7 days of the payout date.

• Payments are sent if the minimum payout of $50 (more depending on your settings) is reached. If not reached, the money is carried over until minimum payout is reached.

• Payments can be sent by check or Paypal. For wire transfers, please communicate with our staff here.

• GAC is not responsible lost checks. Lost checks will be cancelled and replaced for a fee of 20$.

• If you have questions regarding the payouts, you may contact us here.

• Paypal accounts: GAC is not responsible for any fees or issues resulting from your Paypal account. GAC does not have any control over your Paypal account or access to it, so for all questions regarding your Paypal account, you must contact Paypal directly.

OTHER TERMS

Email Policy (CAN SPAM ACT)

• WEBMASTER that promotes GAC products and services through email marketing must comply with the CAN SPAM ACT of 2003 regardless if he's located in the USA or not. Full terms available here.

• WEBMASTER caught in violation of the CAN SPAM act will see his account terminated and all amounts voided.
